Am i asking too much?

“Sometimes the greatest acknowledgment you can receive is the one you give yourself, for in seeking validation from within, you become free from the weight of others’ silence.” – Anonymous

We glide, slide, and hop around all the time in our surroundings. But do we ever stop?

It is similar to throwing a ball in one direction and having it go forever.

To be honest, it is a little strange!

It goes something like this: it is not about you, it is about the chaos in the world. It could be the result of ego, diversions, overlooking, or supposedly busy, monotonous work; “acknowledgment” is a difficult concept to define.

Real reasons why people fail to acknowledge:

1. Many people ignore the contributions of others unintentionally. They might be entangled in their workload, conflicts, and personal issues. They have a hard time looking outside their comfort zone.

2. In some areas, it is seemed unnecessary to recognize someone who has accomplished tremendously.

3. Some people feel insecure when others are praised for their achievements. They perceive a danger to themselves.
