There is always movement in our life, whether we cry when we are born, hungry, angry, or happy. There is action. It is spontaneous. Our emotions are so strong that we express them through action. Imagine if we didn’t — then people wouldn’t understand the need. Everything we see and hear, we join the wires of our perception to the mind, which gives instructions to our body to create action.
Whereas a pause is a temporary stop or break from the moment, it is essential for thinking, reflecting, and focusing on further development. While movement helps us grow and change, a pause allows us to gain clarity and recharge our energy. Both are needed to maintain balance in our lives.
