Opportunities knock only once. Will you open the door?
We complain that, despite working hard, we aren’t getting any recognition and that opportunities never come our way. We say we are unlucky. But are we really?
We see people around flaunting their wealth, driving flashy cars, and dining at expensive restaurants, surrounded by friends. Why do we feel they’re lucky, that opportunities knock on their door constantly? Are we really that desperate for the same?
Opportunities can come in any form, at any time. We need to open our eyes and identify them. Sometimes they’re right in front of us, yet we fail to recognize them. This happens when we are too focused on what we think opportunity should look like, or when we are blinded by distractions, fear, or doubt.
Opportunities often go unnoticed when we’re too focused on the wrong things — like the fear of failure, doubt, or simply being caught up in our busy schedules. This happens when we refuse to detach from our comfort zone, hesitate to take risks, or let self-doubt cloud our vision. Sometimes, we’re so busy waiting for the “perfect” opportunity that we overlook the smaller ones, which could be the stepping stones to something greater.
