From four headed personality: love, anger, hate, jealousy

Human emotions are a range of feelings and thoughts that influence our physical responses. They greatly impact how we react to situations, interact with others, and perceive the world around us. Have you ever noticed how someone you know — whether they’re a close friend or just an acquaintance — suddenly shifts their mood?

This can occur for lots of reasons because of a blend of inner feelings and outside situations. Your mood might shift due to pressure, personal events, hidden concerns, or even the vibe you get from your environment. At times, deep-down emotions like feeling blue, annoyed, or unsure might get set off by little things, causing a clear change in how you act. Mood swings can also be a way for someone to shield their feelings or show something they find hard to say out loud.

Emotions expressed through facial expressions and body language:

Not everyone shows their feelings through their facial or body language. Many things affect how people display their emotions. Culture makes a big difference, as some societies push for open emotion while others see it as weak. A person’s nature also has an impact on how they express feelings — some people are just more open, while others keep to themselves.
